What is Your Child Worth to You?

There have been a few people interested in our swim program who believe that the prices of my lessons are too high. There was one person who I spoke with who said that they didn't believe the lessons were worth the price.
Let me ask you a question:
Is your child's life worth the price?
Because the price of having your child drown is far greater than the price of my guaranteed survival swim lessons.
Did you know that drowning is the NUMBER ONE cause of accidental death in children under 4 years old? Not fire, not car accidents, but drowning.
What about lessons at a different location?
If you take your baby to a standard Parent-Tot swim class, your child will not be able to survive without you in the water when the classes are finished. Children are only taught not to be afraid of the water, which in essence increases their chances of drowning because they want to be in the water, but don't know how to survive in it.
So what was that money worth? Essentially it was wasted.
No other organization guarantees that your child will learn what they promise you.
Standard swim lessons through different organizations are designed to keep you coming back so they keep getting money from you. You end up paying for swim lessons all throughout your son or daughter's childhood. That becomes years of investing money in something that takes years for your child to maybe be able to save themselves in the event of a water accident.
We guarantee that your child will learn their age-appropriate swim skills which is a sustained float for babies who are not walking and our swim*float*swim sequence for children who are walking - at any age.
Some kids require a little more time, which isn't bad.
But what if your child doesn't completely learn the skill in their 4 or 6 week session?
I keep swimming them for free until they learn it.
There is NO catch. I want to equip your children with the skills they need to SURVIVE a potential water accident and to THRIVE by creating in them an early love and respect for water.
My instructor who trained me shared a story with me about how the mother of one of her students recommended these valuable Infant Aquatics lessons to another mother. The second mom refused to sign up her 3 year old because she didn't think it was worth it. That summer, this mom was at the pool with her kids. When they left, she realized her 3 year old was missing. She searched the parking lot for him and couldn't find him. Without her realizing it, her child left her side and went back to the pool and slipped back through the gate. Her 3 year old went into the pool unnoticed by the lifeguards and unfortunately ended up drowning. The friend of this mom called my instructor up hysterically upset because she had recommended the swim lessons to this mom that would have saved her child's life. What would that mom say to these people who believe these swim lessons aren't worth it?
I don't want to scare you. I just want you to realize how much these swim lessons are worth because your child's life is priceless.
They will learn to save themselves. Guaranteed.
Now I understand that there are families who genuinely desire these life-saving skills for their child, but legitimately can't afford it. Please talk to me about that if that's you because I'm willing to work with you.
But if someone doesn't want to pay for the swim lessons because they don't think they're worth the amount, then that's an insult not only to their own child, but also to the parents who have lost their children to drowning. They are essentially saying that their child's life is not worth the price of these swim lessons.
We're excited about a strong summer and excited for all the kids who will be learning how to save themselves in the water and develop a life long love and respect of swimming!
